Östergötlands Museum is one of the oldest and most com- prehensive county museums in Sweden. It is located in a functionalistic style building from 1939 in the ‘cultural center’ of Linköping, near the cathedral and the castle. In the museum you will find one of the foremost collections of old European art in Sweden as well as rich collections of Swedish art from the Middle Ages up to our time.
